Comic: Stand Lee's Alexa

Stan Lee is coming out with a new comic called Alexa.
“The series deals with a comic book company trying to get the story rights to the lives of two twenty-foot-tall superhero giants who suddenly appear from a rift between dimensions. Alexa works for the comic book company and begins to wonder: are they really superheroes, or something far deadlier? Also, what is the mystic bond between her and the mysterious giants from another realm? It goes from there.”

It looks interesting and hope it will work out.

Gaming: XBox 2 to get 2 exclusive RPGs

The father of Final Fantasy himself will be making these two games for the new XBox. Hironobu Sakaguchi started his own development studio, called Mistwalker, in 2004. This will be interesting to see as the XBox was always lacking in RPG games. And now you have the creator of the Final Fantasy franchise doing 2 RPGs.

Gaming: DS to have movies?

There are rumors circulating the Internet that Nintendo's DS will have game card movies. They would be encoded in DivX since they don't have much room in a game card. They should be able to pack in a 2 hours movie.

This is interesting, might be good for PSP owners, those super high priced UMD movies might be less expensive when the DS will come out with it's movies... We can only hope. :)

Yes, the rumors are back. "Microsoft's next console will have removable hard drive", reports found on the Internet say. I personnally believe that there will be a removable drive, it seems like a logical progression from the XBox. Now will the removable drive be some kind of media player or IPod killer? Who knows, knowing microsoft and there push of Portable Media Players, it might just happen. You never know.

Gadget: SimplyTouch OpticalBar

What is the SimplyTouch OpticalBar? It's a shortcut menu using touch technology for your computer screen or basically anything else.

This little device is put in the corner of your computer. When it detects your finger, it pops up a little menu with 14 buttons on them. These button can do many thing, send hotkeys, open programs, open websites, etc. All these buttons are configurable and you can create your own.

PSP: Metal Fear Acid update

Yahoo games has a preview of this game which is going to be one of the lunch titles for the PSP in North America. They seem to like this game alot because of the new twist, using cards to control the actions of Snake.

I must admit, I'm not sure if I'm going to like this game. I like Metal Gear's world and gameplay but using cards to control Snake might not be as fun as it could be. I would've loved to have a game like the ones on Playstation, real-time combat.

I have to admit, the images are really nice. :)
