Cool: World Wind

A Google Earth like software made by NASA, World Wind is taking the Internet by storm. This application is more geared for experienced users but there are a lot more meat in this software than the one from Google; different kind of maps, 3D views, information on natural disasters, etc.

I have yet to try this application out but it seems very interesting.
