Cool: Nasa's Nanosatellite
Remember SeaQuest? The show about a super submarine in the year 2032? Well, that submarine had these "Whiskers" which were satellites that would record and send data back to the SeaQuest.

Nasa must of seen that show because they've been working on a similar version. They have just demonstrated there Nanosatellites which are the size of a volleyball. They are free flying (in zero G I would believe) and have cameras mounted on them. They can be used inside or outside of the spacecraft.
