Gaming: The Battle Of The Consoles

Now that E3 is finish, the internet has been widely active comparing the specs between the XBox 360 and the PS3. At E3, I believe PS3 had the biggest hype. Was it all real, I do not know. I try to be objective about all this, but it's hard to find the facts in this sea of speculation and number manipulation that both sides have been doing. At first glance, the PS3 looks way more powerful than the XBox 360. But yesterday, I found this blog from a XBox live team employee who had different numbers showing that the XBox 360 is more powerful than the PS3.

Who's telling the truth and who's lying? Who knows, probably they are both lying and in the end there won't be much different between the two. But one thing I can say, Microsoft, in my opinion, had a better presentation, showing not just the power of the machine, but the other services as well, like XBox Live, the connectivity with other devices. The new XBox Live, with a free service, I think will make a big difference. Personally, I never joined XBox Live, but having part of the system free out of the box, I just love it!

Sony will have to do a lot to match up to the online play, and personally, I don't think they can.
